Deer Valley has entrusted SE Group with all mountain planning and design tasks at the resort since its inception. In conjunction with Deer Valley management, we formulated the original master plan for the mountain and have since been actively involved in the detailed design and layout of all lifts, trails and mountain facilities.

In annual r ankings of ski resorts by readers of SKI Magazine between 2000 and 2010, Deer Valley was named the #1 ski resort in North America in 2003, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. During that same 10‐year timeframe, Deer Valley captured the #2 spot in 2002, 2005 and 2007, and the #3 ranking in 2004.
