Opening in December of 2004, Tamarack Resort, in Idaho, became the first new four-season destination resort to open in 25 years. A decade of work preceded the opening, in which SE GROUP developed a range of operating and sales projections for the ski facility and real estate development.  Working with investor groups and financial specialists SE GROUP prepared skier visit projections, ski area operating models and real estate studies including product mix, pricing and sales forecasts.  In its first years of operation Tamarack is on-track to become a world-class resort.
