Construction is nearly complete on two synthetic turf soccer/lacrosse fields with lighting at Central Park in Issaquah, Washington. These much needed fields are the first of their kind in the City, and represent a major addition to the active recreation resource. The City of Issaquah will run youth programs at the site, and will generate revenue by renting out the facility for league play.

SE Group provided the City of Issaquah with master planning, landscape architecture and construction administration services for this multi‐use park facility. After developing a comprehensive master plan to guide park development, we prepared detailed cost estimates for several different build‐out scenarios. SE Group then worked closely with City staff to craft a bid alternate package that allowed the City to make the best use of available funds for construction.
