SE GROUP has been an integral part of the development team since the inception of the Spruce Peak at Stowe project in 2003.  Initial site planning exercises focused on the integration of the twenty exclusive single-family residential lots with a beginner lift and trail, the Mountain Cabin duplexes, Slopeside Condominiums, Base Camp base lodge and the Village Plaza. The resulting plan has created ski to/from real estate for all lots and cabins that have outstanding views, privacy, and convenient connections with the base area development, while providing much needed beginner terrain for the mountain.  Recent projects include the site planning, design, construction documentation and implementation for the Stowe Mountain Lodge Hotel and Spa – Phases One and Two (under construction with a completion date of Fall 2007), the Spruce Camp base lodge (construction commencing Spring 2007), the new resort entry from Rte 108, and the Mansfield-Spruce Transfer Lift which connects the slopes of Mt. Mansfield with the new development.
