SE GROUP is currently working with 4240 Architecture and Vail Development Corporation to provide site planning, permitting, and programming of the site and interior courtyard for a new 208 unit Ritz Carlton Residences project. The perimeter site design responds to the typical Vail landscape by incorporating indigenous stone and native plant materials. This approach facilitates the seamless integration of the new Bavarian style architecture within the surrounding resort complex.

The landscape design uses a balance between urban forms and soft vegetative screening to define outdoor spaces. Amenities include pool, hot tubs, outdoor dining, fire pits, fountains, private outdoor dining, fire pits, fountains, private patios and gardens in a formal elegant design. Working closely with the architectural and client teams, SE GROUP has created detailed construction documentation for these various elements and continues work as construction commences.
