SE Group is currently working with Eclipse Snow Park to obtain County and State approvals to revive a small day use ski area located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Working with the local community and schools, Eclipse Snow Park envisions a “Learn with Me” philosophy to introduce school age children and families to the sport of skiing and snowboarding. A series of surface lifts have been designed to give the never‐ever skier or rider a quality learning experience. Each lift is graded to facilitate the optimum learning experience and progression, and designed to give the skier/rider the confidence to explore more of the terrain. The proposed Lodge is designed for year‐round food and beverage operation; for hikers and local residents through the summer months based on business demand. Expanded terrain and additional guest services are planned as market demands increase.
