Beginning with a “highest and best use analysis” SE GROUP assisted Powderhorn Resort in western Colorado with an initial evaluation of their recent acquisition.  This translated into our preparation of a site plan which optimized the real estate opportunities on base lands and a mountain Master Development Plan.  Working with the US Forest Service, SE GROUP then prepared an in-depth Environmental Assessment which ultimately resulted in an approval of Powderhorn’s Master Development Plan.  Currently, SE GROUP is assisting Powderhorn with detailed site planning, watershed monitoring, wetlands permitting and construction oversight for the implementation of the mountain improvements.
